Looking for medical help?
Register with an email you can access, verify it using the code sent to your inbox, and complete your profile. Our team reviews patient eligibility before approving access to free care. You can then submit a consultation, medical advice or counselling request, as appropriate.
Use your signed-in account to share symptoms, documents and messages with your care team. Please avoid sending medical records, passwords or verification codes through a general contact enquiry.
How hospital-bill support works
When a doctor refers an eligible case for financial support, donors may help cover its hospital costs. Donors pay the hospital directly. HealthMercy does not collect, hold or process those donations. Support depends on the case review and available donors; it is not guaranteed.
